NOMOH’s Rising Star Award is presented annually to an individual who exemplifies enlightened generosity and participation in cultural and civic endeavors. The Luncheon provides valuable support for NOMOH’s Department of Education, which offers outstanding programs for families, adults, community organizations, school groups, educators, and visitors with disabilities at little to no cost.
The annual Art & Film Festival is a weekend long event that enables continued support of NOMOH’s Department of Film Development and Archive. Founded in 1998, Knightscope Entertainment began developing and maintaining a film archive that helped establish the Film Library, a growing film collection in the US, with a catalog of over 3,000 films, tapings and film stills.
Honorees of the Art and Film Festival include those with great contributions to film, art and music.

NOMOH’s Quarterly event is the Museum’s biggest fundraisers of the year—and one of New Orleans’s most celebrated benefit events. Guests are invited to cocktails in the Museum followed by dinner. The evening concludes with a memorable after-party.
Every month on the first Friday of the month NOMOH extends a special invitation to vote on your favorite talent. Prizes are awarded as well as guaranteed fun for all!
